Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report issues promptly with relevant product and packaging photographs. We will explain the available resolution after review.

Address and Shipping

Support supplies the receiving address and instructions when a return is arranged. Our registered office is not automatically the return address. Confirm shipping-cost responsibility before dispatch and retain shipment proof.

Refunds and Cancellation

Approved refund amounts and arrangements will be confirmed. Refunds normally use the original payment method where supported; provider posting may take additional time. Cancellation availability depends on processing and shipping status.
